Mission:
IMPACT was started several years ago as a ministry within The People's Community Baptist Church (TPCBC) to develop young adult Christians by surrounding them with a like-minded community of support and accountability. Initially conceived under the identity of YAM (Young Adult Ministry), in 2016 it became Inspiring Millennials to Practice and Apply Christ's Teachings (I.M.P.A.C.T.), with the same principles laid out in 1 Timothy 4:12, with young people being examples for believers of any age through their speech, conduct, love, faith and purity.
Throughout the years, IMPACT has hosted or sponsored numerous events, Bible studies, conferences, trips to conferences and retreats that encourage members to deepen their walk with God and each other.

Objectives:
- To encourage young adults to seek and strengthen a relationship with Jesus Christ through the inspired, living Word of God. Romans 15:5-6
- To create a forum where members can openly ask real questions and raise personal challenges that relate to their walk with Christ, without fear of judgment, shame, or embarrassment. Romans 14:10-13
- To help members identify their spiritual gifts, and immediately channel those gifts to enhance the Kingdom of God. Romans 12:6-8
- To fill the gap between youth and adults in the body of Christ, and in the process, form a continuum of spiritual development. Psalm 71:18
